Calculating the costs of your first home is more than just getting a mortgage - there's a ton of other costs to consider including appliances, repairs, moving costs and utilities! You'll get a much better idea of what you can afford by using this form than one that only tells you how much your monthly mortgage payment will be. When you submit the form, you will be presented with a printable report with the following information:

  1. How much you can afford to put down
  2. If you'll be able to afford the monthly costs (it's not just the loan you'll be paying for)
  3. A pretty good estimate of your utility costs (water, electricity, heating, etc.)
